Five-course gourmet tasting menu paired with the best wines of the East Coast region. Presented by the Mill’s Chef de Cuisine and leading Tasmanian sommelier, Joseph Burton.
The bar will be open for after dinner drinks.
Due to popular demand, this sell out event is adding a second sitting this year, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Join us on the evening of either Friday 16th or Saturday 17th for this year’s Dinner at the Mill.
