2020? Nup. Didn’t happen.

We’ve got a lot happening at the Mill to slide you nicely into 2021.

In case you missed it…

Earlier in the month Wine & Words featured Sommelier Joseph Burton whose entertaining honesty changed the wine buying habits of everyone present. Nufink over $20, right? Followed by the indefatigable First Dog in the Moon. Not just a brilliant stand-up comedian but also a wise advisor to decades of Prime Ministers who, to a person, have wilfully ignored him! Shame, we say! The Trump card would be the Joker if FD was listened to.

With the revival of social mingling it seems lots of young people are getting downright romantic. Which leads to Weddings!

Spring Bay Mill is the place to get hitched. We’ve got a whole range of unique and instagramable options for tying the knot. See here..

Not to mention idyllic on-site accommodation and catering to die for.

Bookings for 2021 are being snapped up so get in touch if you have a special day on the horizon.

Ohh! Christmas!

The internationally famous Van Diemen’s Band is appearing at the Mill on Sunday 20 December. So famous that ABC Classic are recording the Mill concerts for later broadcast to music lovers everywhere. Two performances only, at 12pm (book here) and at 3pm (sold out). Melt my heart.

And if you make it through to new year…

Get some Hair of the Dog on Saturday 2 January 2021.

•   Juicy roasted pig and lamb on the spit by Long Name Farm
•   Hugo Bladel’s ‘Off Ya Trolley’ mobile disco
•   DJ Everton Smith spinning reggae tunes
•   Hair of the Dog cocktails with The Splendid Gin

Enjoy the simple joy of Spring Bay Mill on a summer’s day with your mates.
