GARDENING AND LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER
Are you a green-thumbed go-getter with a passion for growing food, regenerating habitats, and sharing knowledge? As a Gardening & Landscaping Crew Member, you’ll cultivate fresh produce to feed our guests and host unique horticulture experiences that connect people to the land. This is more than just gardening-it’s about growing, learning, and inspiring.
Key Tasks
Supporting a variety of horticultural and landscaping activities.
Hosting guest experiences in horticulture and gardening practices.
Maintaining gardens, nursery propagation, and planting.
Composting, seed collection, and vegetable harvesting.
Landscaping, weeding, and pruning.
Operating small machinery (training provided where required)
What You’ll Bring
A love for hands-on work in a natural setting.
A love for food production, preservation and security.
A commitment to maintaining tidy and safe workspaces.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a diverse range of tasks.
A Certificate lll in Horticulture.
