We offer variety—choose your spot: the Tin Shed, Banksia Room, Amphitheatre, Windlass Deck, or barefoot on the beach. Inside, outside, sitting, standing—it’s all up to you. We don’t just look after you; we care for each guest, and we can host plenty of them right here on site. We can do the normal sized weddings, but we can also do the smaller, spontaneous, and intimate ones. Whether you're dreaming of a wedding a year from now, in six months, or even tomorrow, we are here.

We’ll show you around and help co-create your wedding, your way. With our network of local providers, we’ve got everything covered—from transport to lighting, stylists to celebrants, florists to photographers.

OUR BIG WEDDING PACKAGE

We can accommodate up to 150 guests within this package. Our all-inclusive package offers 2 nights’ accommodation in 4 off-grid beach shacks, complete planning and coordination services, and exclusive access to our Ceremony and Reception Venues, fully equipped with all necessary assets like tableware, linen, and furniture. We’ll also handle AV and lighting setup to ensure your big day is flawlessly executed. Just to let you know, food, beverages, and vendor services are not included in the package pricing, and the starting price includes up to 50 guests.
OUR MICRO WEDDING PACKAGE

If you're in the mood for something smaller or just not up for inviting the entire extended family, we can host a micro wedding for up to 30 guests at Spring Bay Mill on Tasmania’s beautiful east coast. Our package covers two nights' accommodation in four off-grid beach shacks, full planning and coordination, and use of our ceremony and reception venues. You'll also be greeted with a grazing board and Tasmanian sparkling—no better way to start. Just to let you know, food, beverages, and vendor services are not included in the package pricing.

OUR ELOPEMENT PACKAGES

If you're thinking of eloping - we do that too. We offer 2 all-inclusive  elopement packages with up to 18 guests, and can tailor either to suit.

THE ULTIMATE ELOPEMENT

This package includes 2 nights’ accommodation in the Ridge Quarters or Beach Shacks. We’ll handle everything: planning, coordination, styling, and even the celebrant. Kick off with a grazing board and local bubbles, followed by a 2-course dinner. For the ceremony, choose your spot, and we’ll take care of the details. Wrap up with a 3-course shared feast and a 2-hour drinks package, served by our chef in the Ridge Quarters Common Room.

Wake up to an in-house recovery breakfast to finish it off. Just to let you know, additional food, beverages, and vendor services are not included in the package pricing. The starting package covers the wedding couple; guests are charged an additional cost.
THE OVERNIGHT ELOPEMENT

If you're looking for a quicker option, the Overnight Elopement package delivers. We still handle all the planning, coordination, styling, and the celebrant. Enjoy a post-ceremony toast with Tasmanian grazing boards and sparkling wine, followed by a 2-course shared spread and a 2-hour drinks package, hosted by your chef and staff in the Ridge Quarters Common Room. It’s a more snappy way to celebrate love, but just as interesting. Just to let you know, additional food, beverages, and vendor services are not included in the package pricing, and the starting package only includes the wedding couple, guests are charged an additional cost.
