As far as we’re concerned, the best-tasting food starts in the dirt. So, at Spring Bay Mill, we serve dishes straight from our organic garden. It’s all fresh, packed with flavour and grown right next to your plate.

We focus on plant and planet based dishes. When we do serve meat and seafood, it’s carefully chosen—seasonal, low-impact, and ethically sourced. We make these choices because they’re better for the land, the planet, and the people who live on it. We also cater to all dietary needs. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll handle it. Everyone is welcome at our table.
